Shakeology Banana Pancakes
Craving pancakes but need something healthier? Check out these delicious, simple banana pancakes made with Vanilla Shakeology.
I have eaten these pancakes for breakfast for like a week straight. I may or may not have also eaten them for lunch a couple times. They're just SO good and SO easy. And, they're super healthy, to boot.

Shakeology Banana Pancakes
Makes: 2 medium pancakes
Seriously, we're going to cut to the chase with these bad boys. They're so easy, y'all. When you're craving something decadent for breakfast (or lunch, or dinner...), this is guaranteed to hit the spot.
What you'll need:
• Ripe, soft banana
• 2 egg whites
• 1 scoop/packet Vanilla Shakeology
• Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
Heat skillet on medium heat. Mash banana until it is as smooth and free of lumps as possible. Beat egg whites in with mashed banana until smooth (I use a fork). Add Shakeology and cinnamon (I eyeball the cinnamon because I like a lot!). Mix well until a consistency is like batter.
Spray non-stick cooking spray on skillet, pour half of batter mixture in. Let cook until firm, about 2 minutes. Flip, and do the same on the other side. Repeat with remainder of mixture.
Top with toppings of your choice! My very favorite is to top it with organic peanut butter (less sugar!), sliced almonds, strawberries and blueberries. Delicious.
